BORCHE Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in 2002, specialises in the development, manufacture and sale of intelligent injection moulding machines (IMM).
The company has three production centres: its headquarters with research, development and manufacturing facilities in Guangzhou, a factory in Hangzhou, and a demonstration facility for the intelligent production of two-platen IMM machines in Guangzhou.
The total area of BORCHE’s production facilities is approximately 215,000 m², and the company employs more than 800 people.

BI Series
Modular design
The BI Series enables peripheral equipment connectivity and two-way data communication, integrating peripheral equipment information into the machine controller. It can also connect to a computer or mobile device, allowing users to monitor machine status and data from built-in sensors.
BU-V series
Biggest two platen injection machine in Asia
The BORCHE BU6800 is the largest two-platen injection moulding machine developed in Asia in terms of the combination of clamping force, injection volume and energy-saving performance. Its clamping force reaches 68,000 kN. BORCHE intelligent two-platen IMMs feature durable tie bars, precise, stable and reliable performance, a smaller footprint and easier maintenance.
BD Electric Series

The BORCHE BD Series uses a fully electric direct-drive system for faster and more precise control of injection and mould closing. It is designed for production that requires short cycle times, consistent product quality, quiet operation and lower energy consumption. Thanks to its fully electric drive, the series delivers repeatable production results while reducing the maintenance requirements associated with hydraulic components.
BM series
Multi-Component Machines for Complex Products
The BORCHE BM Series provides stable, precise and flexible solutions for moulding products made from multiple materials or colours. Different injection-unit configurations allow the machine to be adapted to specific product and production requirements.
MT series
Two-Component Injection Moulding
The BORCHE MT Series uses two parallel injection units and wider mould-mounting platens. The flexible choice of injection units allows the machine to be adapted to different two-component products and production requirements.
ML series
Two-Component Injection Moulding with a Side Injection Unit
The BORCHE ML Series combines a main injection unit with a side-mounted unit in an L-shaped configuration. Different injection-unit sizes can be selected to suit specific product requirements while retaining the compact, proven design of a standard machine.
MV series
Two-Component Injection Moulding with a Vertical Injection Unit
The BORCHE MV Series uses a vertically mounted secondary injection unit positioned above the fixed platen. This design enables the production of two-component products without significantly increasing the machine’s footprint in the production facility.
MK series
Compact Mould Design and Precise Two-Component Injection Moulding
The BORCHE MK Series uses two independently controlled injection units with reduced nozzle spacing. This design enables smaller mould dimensions, different injection sequences and greater precision in the production of two-component products.
